Ryan did a great job. My in-laws had another heating contractor from Surrey come in to service their boiler, and that contractor advised them they needed a new boiler at a cost of almost $8,000.00. We had Ryan come out to give us a second opinion, and after a few minor adjustments and a $150.00 bill the boiler is running perfectly, and has been for the last 3 months. Thanks Ryan, you saved us $8,000.00.

Ryan did an exceptional job in our condo suite. He was able to stop a leak behind our washing machine and diagnose a drainage issue within the buildings walls that had been constantly leaking for nearly a year. We have had 3 separate plumbers try and diagnose this issue with no success. Called on a Sunday and the response time for a call was very fast. We arranged a time that was convenient for me (same day and after hours, it was an emergency) and Mr. Lockhart showed up on time, with the equipment only a knowledge, experienced plumber and gas fitter would have. He was courteous and above all honest!!! He gave me a quote and honoured it. He fixed it promptly and showed me the size of the roots that he removed and had grown through the pipes. He gets the best rating possible from me!

Ryan did a great job with my toilet installation, super professional staff and really took the time to ensure that everything was installed perfectly down to calking around the edges to match the rest of the bathroom, worked very clean and is a super nice guy. You can tell that he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. The quoted price was spot on and much more reasonable than a lot of other bigger companies, would recommend 100% and will use for any and all of my future plumbing needs!

Very professional, friendly, quick and reasonable price. I couldn't get the pilot light on my hot water heater restarted. He made time between jobs and came right away, and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Luckily it was a quick, cheap fix, but I would recommend Lockhart in any event.
